About Vice City
Vice City is back, and it is nothing like the 1980s version. Rockstar describes it as the sun and fun capital of America: a modern, social-media-obsessed city of beach clubs, supercars, influencers and very easy money. It is where Lucia and Jason's story is centred, and it is the densest part of the map by a long way.
The confirmed districts already paint a varied picture. Ocean Beach brings back the white sand and retro art deco hotels of the original game, Little Cuba is known for its bakeries, Stockyard is home to streetwear and tattoo shops, and Southside is gang territory. VC Port, which Rockstar calls the cruise ship capital of the world, anchors the waterfront.
On our map Vice City sits on the south-east coast of Leonida, with Ocean Beach and Washington Beach on the barrier island across the bay. Exact district boundaries will be redrawn against the real game on launch day.
